Poor OUTSOURCED customer service!!

I have only been reaching customer service in CHINA. They have not been helpful at all .....have not answered my questions . I am a repeat customer and am trying to order . Your website has errors.....for example it only allows me to order the thinnest thickness ($84.95) on a pair I wish to order. I ordered the same ones recently and did not have this problem. Please contact me via e-mail as I am hearing impaired.I am about to give up on your company!!!!! Way too frustrating experience!!!!!.......jeanetteadelson@***.net

Disappointment with commitment to customer satisfaction

I have bought several pairs of clear eyeglasses and tinted sunglasses over the years. This latest round was disappointing. The 1st had surprisingly cheap frames. The 2nd seems to have incorrectly positioned lenses. The 3rd pair, sunglasses, had dark, "burned" patches in the lens tinting, as did the replacement pair that arrived three weeks later. Customer service is making me pay for the return of this defective pair.

Cant see with new glasses, so I had a pair done locally with same script and they worked perfectly. Went to site and started return. Got an email stating only 2 week return policy and nothing they can do.

ordered single lens computer glasses on 2/5 email sent on the 11th, "almost ready" email sent on the 18th, "shipping delay, overwhelmed with sales" it's now the 22nd and nothing, so much for always shipping within 2 weeks still don't know if they will be correctly made

Lost Package

My eye glasses were lost in the mail. The company, Eye Buy Direct, basically did nothing. They just sent me an email to be patient. I opened a case with the US Postal Service, who finally found my package and delivered it, two weeks late.

I wanted To take advantage of the sale which included buy 1 get 1 + 25% off When I finished doing everything and ready to purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses I put in the code Friday And the discount was not applied I tried it several times and called They offered to send me a refund for the amount of the discount but I said no I wanted to discount applied to my purchase so I will be purchasing glasses somewhere else.

Was told to send my shipping receipt with the glasses or by email to receive refund. Shipped with the glasses. Now refuses to give me a refund. Will only give me a credit to the account. I returned the items and will never use the credit. Jerks!!!!! Trust these people!

Frame was $68 -not worth $6. Thin flimsy wire non hinged framed. Returned glasses and was charged $20 service charge. This company used to have quality glasses. Will not buy anymore.

Terrible customer service (actually, no customer service)

I recently bought a pair of glasses from this company that have a very light wireframe, which is what wanted, but the nose pads and the temple arms need to be adjusted because the glasses keep sliding off my face. After waiting for a long time on hold a customer service rep finally answered the phone and I explained my situation to her, her only reply was that I had to go to a local optical shop to have the adjustment taken care of at my expense. I had assumed that this company would have an agreement with another optical shop to handle this kind of situation, but that was my bad. The customer service rep was reading from a script and repeated the same sentence over and over again even though I was asking different questions.

No refund after a month of returned frames

Purchased frames 9/18/2020. Returned frames with their label USPS on 9/28/2020. On 10/11/2020 called them with order # and they claim they have not received the frames as of yet.
